What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

How long will it take for my order to be received?
Once an order confirmation email is received, please expect order to arrive in 5-7 business days. If gift is required by a specific date, please email us at info@rattlemethat.com to confirm availability. All inquiries will be answered promptly.

How Can I Modify An Order?
Please email us at info@rattlemethat.com, and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please note, once an order has been processed, we are unable to reroute USPS orders.

How Is Sales Tax Calculated?
Rattle me that is currently obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York addresses. The final total sales tax will be reflected at checkout and will include state and local taxes.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Purchases can be exchanged or returned within 30 days or less from the date of purchase. After 30 days, only store credit will be offered. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return must be in the original packaging and with a valid receipt or gift receipt. Please email return request to info@rattlemethat.com to receive return authorization instructions and the shipping address. The shipping costs to exchange or return merchandise, unless for a defective product, is the responsibility of the customer.

Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States and Canada. Please email us at info@rattlemethat.com for international shipping requests.

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping Services?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrap for presentation-ready gifts. Simply select the 'Please Gift Wrap My Order' box on the Shopping Bag/Cart page. 

Do You Include Gift Cards?
Yes! We include a hand-written gift note with every purchase, free of charge. Simply write note in the 'Gift Message' box on the check-out page. Please keep to a maximum of 100 characters.

Do You Offer Personal Shopping Services?
Yes! We offer personalized shopping suggestions and services. Simply contact us at info@rattlemethat.com and we will work on the perfect gift or gift set.
